HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

                           

Believe it or not! losing weight is not hard to do if you understand what it takes to do it! What is it that needs to be understood? The number one question that we get is will this workout make me lose weight? We reply, yes it will but!! What you eat, what you drink, how much you eat, when you eat all factor in when trying to lose weight. A healthy food plan and exercise is the only way to lose weight that stays off. 

In most cases, medical conditions aside! Your lifestyle and mindset is the reasons that you are having difficulties losing weight. Read the suggestive points below that can help you get over the hump and begin the changes you need to lose the weight.

• Change your lifestyle for a while! Become a vegetarian. Ask me how! I’m a vegetarian
• Have the right mindset! If you say you can’t or won’t, then you will follow what you believe. Say you can and you will, then you will slowly change your ways and body
• Understand that as we get older our metabolism slows down. However by doing a little homework you can find out what types of foods and drinks that can boost your metabolism.
• Realize that our body types sometime reflect our parent’s body type. If there is a history within your family and your body type will gain weight around your waist, hips, butt, legs or arms as you get older and you don’t want this to happen to you! Then a different lifestyle is needed to prevent this to happen to you. A lifestyle that includes exercise and a healthy food plan.
• As much as you can! Eliminate sugar from your diet. Even some fruit have high sugar content. Our bodies react differently to sugar and our bodies turn that sugar too fat, where our body puts that fat usually is determined by your body type.
• Have faith, pray and ask for guidance.
• Lift weights! A light weight routine will tone your body, help you lose the weight and make you stronger. The Body Toning & Cardio Exercise Program can help you
