Fight Cardio Fitness Classes
1 hour personal Fight Cardio Fitness class at our location or yours. The Fight Cardio Fitness program includes light weight training, cardio training, Plyometric training, stretching routines and self defence techniques. You don't get hit in this class! You do all the hitting! The option of hand to hand fight training is there if you want too.
The classes are always changing to provide better results. Minimal two classes a week required, 16 week membership.
$75.00 per hour, 16 week membership x minimal 2 classes a week
Light Weight Training
1 hour personal light weight training that follows our circuit training program. This program is designed to work your whole body on a day 1 day 2 format. This 8 week program will help your body get in better shape by toning and shaping your abs, butt, arms, legs and core muscles. You will get stronger and healthier by following this program. 3 classes a week is required for best results! The personal light weight training program is only available in the early morning or early afternoon hours at the VFC Fitness gym. This program also includes a 8 week food plan that will help you get better results.
Evening light weight training at your home is available only if you have your own home gym system. $75.00 per hour or $125.00 a hour for two people. Must be 18 years and older for this program.

Cardio Training
1 hour personal cardio training program designed to improve your cardio, leg strength and stamina. This program includes treadmill workout cycles, spin bike, elliptical training, bag work and floor exercises. This program is an 8 week program that requires 3 classes a week. The classes are always changing to provide better results! Cardio training is a good program for anyone preparing to run a marathon, off season training or simply want a change in one's workout. $75.00 per hour or $125 a hour for two people.
8 week program
1 hour to 1 1/2 hour karate class at your home or business location! This program is a great class for family members willing to learn the martial art of Karate. Karate training is thousands of years old and our classes follow traditional values and methods that get results.

You will become more flexible and balanced; you will learn offensive fighting skills as well as defensive fighting skills.
