We have programs as early as 5am, 6am etc... workout and feel energized throughout your day. If you have a little more time and want to use the weight room or hit the bags you are more than welcome to use the facility after your workout. If you have experienced a cardio kickboxing class before and liked it! You are going to love VFC Fitness!
If you are within the workforce, go to school, stay at home parent or are retired we can accommodate your morning and early afternoon workout needs. Lockers and showers are available.

The VFC Fitness Workouts

The VFC Fitness workout starts with a nice cardio warm up. After that you will begin your physical workout with a nice whole body stretch. From there you will work on your core muscles and increase strength and tone your stomach, lower back, chest and butt. The next steps are always changing and involve the cardio kick boxing and floor exercises. This non stop hour of physical fitness will get you the results you need and want! 
We change up the program daily and introduce to your body new workouts that will tone your body and increase your strength. 


These workouts are designed for you to ease yourself into the programs in a safe manner that will prevent injuries. These programs are designed for anybody, workout junkies or people that have not worked out in a very long time or have never exercised in their life.

Our Instructor's will help you increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach to fitness. The following services are optional to the cardio kick boxing workout program. If you choose to have a 1/2 hour Fitness Consultation, we will have a private and confidential fitness consultation, we will discuss your goals, take measurements if you choose to, record weight, talk about a food plan, workout programs and possibly setting up an appointment with a nutritionist.

Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured.

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating or we will setup an appointment with a nutritionist that will help you if special requirements are needed. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

Private or Personal Coaching
Glenn's private or personal coaching fee is $75.00 a hour. Glenn has the qualifications to train you in light weight training, cardio kickboxing, resistance training, floor stretching exercises, karate lessons, women's or children's self defence lessons and meditation.
